Posting this up for a friend- any thoughts?
Odometer reads around 145,000 but I only have about 2000 miles on the Motor and Trans.
1986 Jeep CJ-7 (last year for the CJ's) Hard Top, Bikini Top, Light Bar, Hard and Soft doors, Full Monty Car Cover (which covers cab area including door openings) CJ Competition Stinger Bar w/a new 304 V8 block, Edlebrock 2131 Intake Manifold, Performer, Dual Plane, Aluminum, Camshaft, Hydraulic Flat Tappet, Lift.472/.496, Summit Hydraulic Lifters and Edelbrock 1406
600 Carb.
Motor has about 2000 miles on it. 373 rear, 4 speed Trans. 4" Suspension and 3" body lift. 35x12.50 Tires (95% tread) Prime Aluminum Wheels. Dual exhaust with Flow Master Mufflers. This jeep is Four-wheel Drive however, Since the 373 rear was put in I needed to change the front differential to a 373 but have not had the time to do it plus I didn't plan on off roading her its to pretty to take off road.. This thing runs like a champ.
Histioric Tags so no inspection or emmissions required.
The Bad:
Rips in seats but It has seat covers
Winshield wipers work however need to be adjusted.
Gas gauge is a little off due to aftermarket fuel tank installed
Everything else is great.... 65-70 mph on hwy is very smooth for having 35's on it.
Guaranteed you will not find a CJ this nice for this price.
$5,500.00....FIRM Located in Hughsville, Md

ditch the body lift, price seems pretty normal for an older CJ in pretty good to really good shape

I agree, the price seems decent for a quality CJ
